We provide a full range of maintenance for all our welding machines during warranty and post-warranty service. We have a stock of consumables, which allows us to minimize maintenance time.
We provide full support and training for customer maintenance and repair of welding machines. The welding machine is designed for reliable operation in remote regions, so we have minimized the number of non-standard components, so the customer can purchase or manufacture most of the parts in their region and thereby minimize service delays. We are always ready to send the necessary spare parts for repair.
Daily maintenance of our welding machines includes mechanical cleaning of the jaws and the working surface from burrs and scale. We recommend treating the clamps with non-stick spray for welding machines to facilitate cleaning. It is strictly not recommended to use compressed air for cleaning.
During weekly maintenance (every 500 welds), it is necessary to lubricate the moving parts according to the operating instructions.
Copper electrodes are designed for reliable electrical contact with the saw, as the welding current can exceed 1000 A. They are equipped with a water cooling system to remove heat. If all operating recommendations are followed, copper electrodes will serve throughout the entire service life of the welding machine, as they are made of a special superhard and highly conductive alloy.
